BRIEFING
Get in touch with your requirements. We’ll request reference images and measurements of your vehicle. We’ll also request brake clearances and as much information as possible to ensure we are crystal-clear on requirements.

DRAWINGS
We create 3D drawings from your brief. This will give you an understanding of wheel sizes, design and clearances. We go into detail on changes here to ensure you’re getting the wheel that’s perfect for your vision.

RENDERING
Here’s where your wheel starts coming to life. This is where we provide a 3D model of your wheel with renderings to show final designs, finishes and provides a clear indication of what your wheel will look like.

MANUFACTURE
We use the highest-quality forged and flow-formed methods to create an ultra-strong and lightweight wheel that will last. We keep you up to date on timelines and the manufacturing process.

FITMENT
Once your wheels are ready, we look at fitment to ensure clearances are all ok, there are no protrusions and vehicle fitment is as per your request. On occasion there is subtle massaging of the wheel to ensure perfection.
